I have been involved in ESN since 2013. I have been involved from the local level to National Board in the network and tried to improve student mobility. AGM Germany is the biggest project of ESN and hosting this event in Germany would give the students in Germany the passion for mobility we all share.

Head of OC
I have been volunteering in ESN for several years. I have organised the national event of ESN Germany as Head of OC twice. After my National Board mandate as President of ESN Germany, #myESNcareer was not over yet and joined my fellow former NB members to run for AGM 2017 OC.

Accommodation & Venue
My ESN journey began in 2014, right with the start of my studies. It didn’t take me long to realise that it is all about heartwarming and welcoming people, who just think the same at some point. It is also about the events, leaving them inspired and motivated. And exactly this is the feeling which I want to create at AGM 2017!

I joined ESN not even one year ago. My ESN career started in Innsbruck and when I moved to Nantes for my Erasmus, I joined their local board as communication manager. On my first National Platform in France, I heard about the AGM Germany and knew right away that I wanted to join the OC because I love that we all have the same international spirit and AGM is the platform where we connect, share our experiences and inspire each other.
Massimiliano Pacera
I joined ESN after my Erasmus in Barcelona and since then I was involved on the local and national level organising many ESN events. After two mandates as Partnership Manager of ESN Germany and experience organising ESN events. I take the opportunity to face the biggest challenge of #myESNcareer.

Partnerships
I have been involved in ESN France local and National Board. Joining AGM Germany’s organisation team is an amazing adventure that is worth living, as well as a huge challenge. Bringing our contribution to a very successful event of this kind is something very special and motivating.

I decided to join ESN right after my Erasmus in Lithuania. From then on it has been a really fast career from the local level to the National Board. After my mandate in the NB I wanted to stay in the network and joining the AGM OC felt just right to achieve another aim to finish someday #myESNcareer.
Simon Schwientek
I joined ESN in 2015 during my Erasmus year in Finland. At the National Platform Helsinki, I realised how big the network is! I became a Local Representative. As the next AGM is in Germany, I have the chance to help organising one of the biggest events in ESN and I can combine my skills with my passion for ESN.

I am studying Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) and currently I am also working part time for a bank next to my studies. I am in ESN since more than 3 years and I attended many national and international events. I was treasurer in my local board, so I know how to deal with a budget and all the formal things which come along with being in a finance committee.

Logistics & Volunteering
I’ve been working for ESN for three years now and enjoy both the company of all those motivated young people and the interesting work. Having the AGM in Germany is a very exciting project and a great opportunity to show all our international friends and colleagues that the Germans are not limited to efficiency, but also great hosts! I’m looking forward to welcoming you here!

I joined ESN cologne, less than a year ago, and while my ESN career is rather short, I quickly got involved and was elected to the local board as partnership manager by the end of last year. Having had prior experiences with event management and coordinating people, I found the AGM to be the perfect opportunity to utilize and improve on these skills. I’m looking forward to facing the challenges an event of this scale might hold and am excited to work with the other OC members towards making the AGM Germany an unforgettable experience.
